I am committed to providing the highest quality service to my clients. I do not double-book and reserve extra time for each procedure to make sure that you get the attention that you need. I value your time. In order for me to maintain that level of excellence while accommodating considerable demand for my services, I ask you to value my time as well and observe the following:

Booking Appointments & Forms of Payment :

  • We are open by appointment only.


  • A valid credit card (MasterCard, Amex, or Visa) is required to hold ALL appointments, including Initial and Touch Up appointments.

  • For clients unable to provide credit card, a $100 cash booking fee is required to reserve a time for ALL of their appointments.

  • ALL booking fees will apply towards the total procedure cost. 

  • Booking fees are non-refundable.

48 Hours Notice Is Required To Cancel Or Reschedule Your Appointment :

  • Less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, "no show" or late arrivals will forfeit their booking fee.

  • Those who do not show up for their appointment, are subject to an additional fee of $100 charged to the credit card used to hold their appointment.

  • If the deposit is returned for insufficient funds, the appointment will be cancelled without notice.

No Guests Please :
Due to the nature of our detailed, semi-invasive services, and the concentration required, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We do not allow friends, boyfriends, husbands, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. Guests will be asked to sit in our waiting area or there are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment. 

Late Arrivals :

We schedule sufficient time for each client to ensure his/her artwork is done properly in a given work period. If a client is late for his/her scheduled time (including Initial and touch up appointments), it becomes very difficult to complete the artwork within adequate time. Because we take pride in our work, that lost time will affect our ability to perform our best work. Therefore, if a client is late 20 minutes or more, the appointment will be deemed cancelled and a fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card used to hold the appointment time. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, “no show”, cancellation or rescheduling fees. These charges are non-refundable. Appointment times are held exclusively for each client so we appreciate your understanding as a courtesy to us and other clients. Please be on time on the day of your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the best quality of work.
